It's fun to have fun,
but you have to know how!
Having FUN is a skill! This is a workshop session for FUN PRACTICE!
We'll laugh, play, sweat, and PLAY HARDER! Tangibly improve your life!
Join PLAY HARDER and deepen your fun practice through a series of skill-building games and exercises.
Taking inspiration from theater kids, clowns, comedians, performers and party people throughout human history who all have something to teach us about FUN!
We'll loosen up and put our whole butts into being spontaneous and leaving our fears behind. Commit to the bit and have a great time, and who knows? Maybe you'll leave way cooler than you started??!?
"Are you scared? Do it scared! This is your golden opportunity to practice being fun in a safe environment so next time you're scared to make a bit of fun in public, you can fall back on your training and PLAY HARDER!"
Don't be a spectator in your own life - it's time to be your own main character!
Learn from the masters of play - performers who know how to have fun!
Master the art of spontaneous fun and bring joy everywhere you go!
Practice being fun without judgment in a safe space where you can explore freely!
Connect with fellow fun-seekers and make new friends in our welcoming community!
We believe that having fun is a skill that can be:
learned, practiced & mastered!
Our mission is to create safe, inclusive spaces where people can explore their playful side, build confidence, and develop the tools to bring more joy into their daily lives.

Here's what a typical Fun Practice session looked like:
We start with stretches and a gentle introduction to the space. Music helps us dance into new shapes and use our bodies to fill space and loosen up.
Interactive theater games and clown techniques to explore playfulness, spontaneity, and joy. We practice being silly, taking risks, and embracing the unexpected.
Time to hydrate, stretch, and connect with fellow participants.
The main event! We dive deeper into advanced fun practices, group challenges, and collaborative play. This is where we really let loose and explore what it means to play harder.
We wound down with gentle movement and shared reflections on our fun practice journey. Participants took home tools and techniques for continuing their fun practice.
